About the project

Design firm: Eastlake Studio

What we made: space dividers, custom screens/cladding

Description:
We had the fortunate opportunity to work with Eastlake Studios on the marketing spec suites at 70 W. Madison. We worked closely with the Eastlake team to modernize each floor with our space dividers: custom screens and metal cladding.

We fabricated 3 very different styles of custom screens while adding vibrancy to the traditional granite columns & elevator bank walls with powder coated metal cladding. With a modest budget, our value engineering of materials kept costs in line without sacrificing the design integrity.
